Rohit Garg, MBA (Finance), worked as a Senior manager in SMC Wealth, Delhi (Portfolio Management Services). Experience of 12+ years in the financial jungle. Expert in Insurance, Stock Markets, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management etc.
I didn’t selected, it’s the insurance & finance industry who selected me. I saw so many people intentionally misguiding & mis-selling financial products causing loss to customers just for the sake of their targets & incentives. I always hated these kinds of activities.

Big insurance sellers/brokers commit to provide claim services via their RM’s or claim experts at the time of policy purchase but in reality, you have to deal with many different inexperienced people (frequently changing jobs)- for purchase, for services, for claims etc. At the time of claim support, calls keeps transferring, waiting timelines for each email and replies again and again, & the worst thing we can find when the Claim gets rejected. Then you get on your own, no one’s there to help you in further fight.
